Mall Hours- Thursday – Monday 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday
Booth Maintenance- Prior to start of business any day (except Tues. or Wed.) or after close of business upon request. It is recommended that booth maintenance not take place during business hours.
Discounts- Booths may not have discounts posted. Discounts are part of the Vendor information sheet and only offered if requested by the consumer and pre-approved by the Vendor. A vendor may only post discounts if they have given written notice of termination of booth rental and are liquidating inventory.
ALL sales go through the Mall cash register or credit card processing except Vendor to Vendor Sales- unless the credit card terminal is used, then the sale is subject to Mall commission.
Vendor payments will be twice monthly. Payments will be made for business conducted from the 1st to the 15th and then again for business conducted from the 16th to month end.
At this time, parking lot sales are suspended.
All items must be priced. Please check your items as part of booth maintenance.
We offer secure Wi-Fi for your convenience, have created a Facebook account for advertising, will collect and maintain a customer data base for advertising and marketing, will establish an online sales presence. Vendors will be updated via email as to monthly promotions, new vendor introduction, advertising, personnel changes or anything related to business operations.
We have secured liability insurance and have to be compliant for handicapped accessibility and local fire codes. All aisles have to be free and clear of obstructions.
As we get new vendors and revamp the store, we have to have a height restriction for inner booths. We need to be able to see across the store to prevent theft and damage.
